Note: In the above mentioned diagram, the dark gray arrows denote mandatory workflow chains and light arrows denote voluntary chains.

CSS CHOPPER workflow comprise converting, chopping, cutting, slicing, customization, development, implementation and integration of PSD, PNG, JPG, GIF or any other format by using HTML/ (X)HTML/ CSS/ WordPress/ Joomla/ Magento/ Zen Cart/ osCommerce/ X-Cart/ vBulletin/ PrestaShop/ Shopify/ Drupal/ Modx or other CMS.

The entire workflow of CSS CHOPPER has been described in the Project Execution Diagram. The particular diagram is intended to be used as a comprehensive guidelines demmostrating our work process from planning through to deployment. Process of executing a project starts with :

Client Request: To place an order with CSS CHOPPER, client need to send us a request by simply filling online Order Form through ORDER NOW option to specify intial project requirement details in brief. We are accepting all the source files including PSD, PNG, JPG, GIF or any other format.

Request Analyzation: After receieving order, our support team will analyze the requirement description of client carefully and if, we find out some missing points then our support team may get back to concerned person requesting to submit other necessary information.

Execution: After evaluation and verification of client requirements, the support team will passes client project request to the dedicated Project Manager for further execution of the project. The Project manager will forward the project along with details to particular markup-developer.

Development: At this phase, our markup developer start actual work on client's project step-by-step. Our team of commited web developers aimed to deliver High-Quality, Hand-Coded, Pixel-Perfect, SEO semantic, well-commented PSD to HTML/(X)HTML/ CSS conversion that integrated with themes and templates powered by open source CMS or E-commerce based web applications (if required).

Testing: After converting PSD to XHTML/ HTML/ CSS with W3C Markup/ CSS validation, the mark-up files will be pass to QA-team for quality check, integration test, speed loading test, cross browser compatibility, W3C complaint validations etc. However, there might be some kinds of bugs that fixed later by the markup-developer to ensure highest standards of quality work.

Final delievery (zipped): The final deliverables will be send to the concerned person in zipped folder format via email or FTP upload after approval from QA-team within 8 Working Biz Hours depending on size of the project. CSS CHOPPER work on the client's project until the utmost satisfaction delivered to the client.

Note: If client placed order for CMS implementation then mark-up files passess to the Development Department. The Development manager will assign the project to the concerned developer. Once, web developer done with implementation, project will be further send to QA-team for quality check. Finally, Development Manager informs the manager who will send the final work to the client.
